    I've been with this password

I've been with this password manager for about three years now and it's just fantastic. The interface is super user-friendly, which makes managing passwords a breeze. The app itself runs smoothly and quickly, and I feel really confident about the privacy and security it offers. Plus, it's open-source, which is a big plus for me. The support team is amazing, they respond really fast whenever I have a question. Can't imagine using anything else at this point.

    I've been using Bitwarden daily

I've been using Bitwarden daily since 2022 and honestly, it's been great. I'm just on the free plan, but it never feels like I'm missing out on anything. I've got over 100 logins saved and it handles them all without a hitch. The interface might look a bit old-fashioned at times, but that's really the only downside I can think of. No issues with performance or functionality. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it well. I'd give it a solid 5/5.

    Bitwarden Support rocks!

I hit up Bitwarden Support because I needed a feature that wasn't there yet. Honestly, their response blew me away. They got back to me super fast, and their answers were spot-on and clear. No annoying back-and-forth or making me redo stuff I'd already done. They just got straight to the point and gave me honest answers. Never had customer service this good before. Seriously, it was an amazing experience. Bitwarden Support rocks!

    I used LastPass for years

I used LastPass for years but got fed up with the high cost. Someone mentioned Bitwarden, so I thought, why not give it a shot? Moving my stuff from LastPass to Bitwarden was a breeze. Bitwarden's interface is way more user-friendly, and it autofills passwords like a pro. Creating new usernames and passwords is a snap too. If you're looking for a password manager, seriously, check out Bitwarden. It's been a game-changer for me.

I used LastPass for years, but after seeing all the buzz about Bitwarden being better, I thought I'd give it a shot. Honestly, I'm really impressed. Had a question about their 2FA and reached out to their support team. Got a detailed reply in less than a day, which was super helpful and put my mind at ease. Bitwarden has been solid so far, and I'm starting to see why it gets such high praise. Feels like I made the right switch.

During the pandemic, I got fed up with Keeper and DashLane. Their support was dragging and prices kept creeping up. Stumbled upon Bitwarden and wow, what a find! The price is easy on the wallet, the app runs smooth on everything I use, and the support team? Super quick and friendly. It's like finding a hidden gem in the password manager world. Now, I can't imagine switching back. Bitwarden just nails it on every front.

I've been with Bitwarden for a while now, using it for both my personal stuff and at work. What's cool is how solid the tech behind it is and the fact that it's all open – that really helps me trust it. I don't worry about my passwords anymore, which is such a relief. Plus, recommending it to friends and colleagues has been a no-brainer. Everyone needs good security these days, and Bitwarden just makes it easy.

Had an issue and reached out for help. Got a quick and personal response, not just some automated message. Ryan was super helpful and really made a difference in getting my problem sorted out fast. It's so refreshing to talk to a real person instead of dealing with a machine. Huge thanks to Ryan for his assistance. You and your team are doing a great job with keeping things personal. Keep it up!

    I've been using the premium

I've been using the premium plan for a month mainly for the TOTP feature. Ran into a couple of hiccups, one with billing and another with setting up TOTP. Needed help both times and their support team was on it. They were quick, knew their stuff, and even took my suggestion on improving some steps in stride. Their service has been pretty solid so far. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I had a bit of trouble

I had a bit of trouble with Bitwarden after an iOS update. Couldn't get into my vault at all. Reached out to tech support and they got back to me super fast. They told me to delete the app, reboot my phone, and reinstall it. Did exactly that, and boom, the app started working again. Finally got back into my vault with no issues. Happy they helped me out so quickly.

    I tried out BitWarden

I tried out BitWarden and gotta say, pretty impressed. They handle some really technical stuff and even though it can be a bit confusing at first, they do a decent job explaining things. But more tutorial videos would definitely be a plus! Had a mix-up with my subscription – meant to get the family plan but ended up with premium instead. Totally my fault for not reading properly, thought I was stuck. Reached out to their support and wow, they were super quick to help. Got my refund sorted out in no time, no hassle. Their support alone makes BitWarden worth recommending. Already told my coworkers and my whole company about them. Really solid service!

    Bitwarden's got its pros and

Bitwarden's got its pros and cons, honestly. Can't call them if something goes wrong, which is kinda annoying. But I had an issue recently and shot them an email. To my surprise, they replied pretty quick, like within a few hours. They said thanks for being patient with a 'server-related matter' and assured me it was fixed. But you know what? No apology in the message. Would have been nice to get a little "sorry" in there. Overall, quick response time was good, just wish they were a bit more accessible and apologetic.

    I’ve been using Bitwarden for

I’ve been using Bitwarden for a while now, and honestly, it’s pretty great. The security is tight, and I love that it’s open-source. Makes me feel safer knowing it’s transparent. The best part is how it works smoothly across my laptop, phone, and tablet. Managing my passwords and sensitive info has never been easier. The free version is awesome, but I think the premium is worth it for the extra perks like encrypted file storage and TOTP generation. A couple of things bug me, though. I can’t pay through Google on my Android, which is a hassle. Also, some advanced features are only on the web, which is annoying since I use my phone a lot. Despite these quirks, Bitwarden is a top pick for anyone needing a reliable password manager. If they tweak the app a bit more, it could be perfect.

    I can't get over how

I can't get over how good the support is. The price for premium is super low, it's almost unbelievable. The support team is always there to help and super friendly. I would give it a solid 5 stars, but there's this annoying bug in the desktop client. For the past three months, it’s been unclear if my password is actually saved or not. It's kind of stressful because there's a risk of getting locked out of my account. If they could fix that, it would be perfect. But overall, still a great experience.

    At first, I thought this

At first, I thought this password manager was awesome, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. Unlike Google's default manager, this one doesn't save anything automatically. Every time I need to log in, it's a long process that makes me search for entries manually and copy-paste passwords. It's so frustrating. And that's not even the worst part. It's got so many more issues that make it practically unusable. I really regret switching to this one, it's just too much hassle for something that's supposed to make life easier.

I had a bit of mess

I had a bit of a mess with Bitwarden recently. I synced my Bitwarden Authenticator with the Password Manager, just as the app suggested, and suddenly, all my authentication codes vanished. They didn’t transfer to the password manager, so I was locked out of everything. It was frustrating not having a live chat option; emails back and forth took forever and didn’t really solve anything. After days of exchanging messages, support couldn't really help me recover my codes. The whole situation was a hassle and made me rethink using their service for important stuff. I wish there was a quicker way to resolve these things, like real-time support or something.

    Tried switching to Bitwarden

Tried switching to Bitwarden recently, but hit a wall right out of the gate. Their data importer couldn’t bring over all my info from another service. Worse, it didn't even tell me what was missing. Imagine thinking all your data's safe, only to find out later that some of it just vanished into thin air. It’s frustrating they don’t admit their limitations upfront. Tried Dashlane, LastPass, 1Password, and now Bitwarden. Honestly, none of them seem to get it right. This whole password manager industry feels like a chaotic mess, like trying to survive a battle in the worst conditions imaginable. Just wish one of them would work without all this hassle.

    Such a mixed bag

I’ve been using this program for a while now and it’s been a mixed bag. It functions decently overall, but there's one glaring issue: you can't sort passwords. This is something paid users have been asking for years, and the developers keep promising it's coming soon, but nothing ever changes. It's really frustrating, especially since competitors have had this feature for ages. You can't even see the most recent passwords you've added or modified, which makes managing them a real pain. After 7 years, you’d think they’d have sorted this out by now, but nope. It’s a good program, but usability suffers big time because of this missing feature.

It's pretty frustrating and quite a letdown

You know, I was excited about using Bitwarden for managing my passwords, but there was a huge snag. If you lose or damage your phone, especially the one with the two-factor authentication app, you're in trouble. No support from Bitwarden to get back into your account—it’s like hitting a dead end. Imagine losing access to all your stored data just because your phone's gone. They expect you to cancel your subscription and wipe everything clean. It's pretty frustrating and honestly, quite a letdown. For anyone considering this app, think twice if your phone is your lifeline. It really needs a better backup solution for such situations.

    A lot of troubles

I downloaded this app thinking it would help manage my passwords, but it turned into a nightmare. I typed in my email and master password correctly, but it just refused to let me log in. All my passwords gone, just like that. I tried over and over, wasted so much time hoping it would work, but nope. In the end, I had to delete it from my phone. Honestly, it's super frustrating, and I wouldn't suggest anyone to use it. It feels like a huge risk to trust them with your info when they can't even get the basics right. Spare yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable option elsewhere.

    So, I downloaded this app

So, I downloaded this app because it seemed like a decent free option compared to others out there. The app itself works fine and has some cool features. But man, the community is horrible. The forum is basically run by mods who just love to flex their power. If they don’t like what you say, your post gets hidden. It's really frustrating because you can't even have an honest conversation without getting censored. It’s like, what’s the point of having a forum if you can’t speak freely? It really ruined my experience. One star from me, and I hope they fix this mess.

    I've been using this password

I've been using this password manager without issues until recently. This year, I discovered that their payment processor doesn’t accept Canadian bank Visa/Interac Debit cards. Frustrating! I tried to cancel my account, but it was such a hassle. Eventually, I had to delete my Bitwarden account and switch to a free, open-source offline password manager. Seems like a very American-centric issue. I’ve now uninstalled the app from all my devices. Honestly, in today's world, having to pay for a password manager feels outdated.

    Really like this software

I used to really like this software, but then they added this annoying "Fill" button and it just ruined everything for me. People on Reddit were super mad about it, but the company didn't listen and still haven't fixed it. So frustrating! Because of that, I ended up cancelling five of my paid accounts. Now I'm searching for a different software to use. It’s such a shame because it was good before all this mess. I hope they realize their mistake but I’m done waiting for them to fix it.
