They deliver items that are clearly secondhand and tampered with. I wouldn't recommend them at all. There are better options available, so steer clear. The package was unsealed at the bottom, and it was missing the small cap. Clearly pre-owned... it's shocking they would send that out, expecting no one to catch it.

Bloomz has earned a one-star review from me, and that’s being too nice given how poor their customer service has been. I’ve emailed them at least four times about an order mistake—wrong item sent, with proof—and yet, nearly a week later, all I’ve gotten is one vague response saying they’re “working on it.” What exactly are they working on? I was expecting a proper fix or even a simple update, but instead, it’s been nothing. It seems Bloomz only cares about taking your money and has no interest in fixing mistakes when they happen. They even offered a $70 coupon that didn’t work at all—just another empty gesture. It looks like when they ran out of stock, they just sent me whatever was lying around, hoping I wouldn’t notice. It’s really disappointing to be treated like this. I’ve tried to stay calm and professional, but their lack of accountability makes it so hard. I paid for the correct product and quick service, but now I have to chase them for what I paid for. Bloomz, you may sell decent flowers, but your customer service is a mess—it's tough to stay loyal to a company that seems to forget about its customers. I really hope they fix things soon... so others don’t have to deal with this. IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO ORDER, GO FOR THE CHEAPER OPTION. THEY’LL SEND YOU WHAT THEY FEEL LIKE, NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED.

I ordered 3 vape pens on my first purchase. I ended up giving them all away. To start, the terpenes were so intense that all 3 pens had a very fake taste – just what I didn't want. Also, I had to take a lot of hits just to feel a slight buzz. None of them were potent enough and the taste was bad. I wrote 3 reviews, but Binoid won't post any of them. It's funny how ALL their products have 5 stars? That's because many are FAKE. Be careful with this company and check out the other reviews.

I recently purchased the 4.5 GRAM EXTRACTS ALIEN MINT, and it’s a very good distillate oil. It has a light mint flavor, which is nice, and the oil is strong, offering a relaxing effect. For newcomers, I would suggest taking small doses. My tolerance is pretty high, so regular flower, edibles, and concentrates don't give me the high I need unless I use large amounts. I took about 15-20 big hits and held each one for 10 seconds. After about 15 minutes, I started feeling a comfortable buzz. The product is solid, reasonably priced, and the distillate oil is good quality. BINOIDCBD.COM is always reliable with great products at fair prices. Shipping speed is decent, depending on whether you choose free ground or priority mail. It can take 3-8 days. They also have a rewards program where you earn a point for each dollar spent, and every 50 points equals a $5 discount. My only issue is that you can only use $40 or 400 points per order, so if you have more rewards, you’ll need to wait for the next purchase to use them. Hopefully, this will change soon.

Binoid/Bloomz is what I call a fair and real company. Some time ago I got 2 Minnesota fire THCa 2 gram disposable vapes. Grape soda and Blueberry. My box never came. I wrote to them and they sended two more of the same Vapes. $70 worth of items. That right there made me a Binoid/Bloomz buyer for life. I will even say you should try and get something from Binoid now! Their prices are already great with daily deals and if you sign up for updates and new product news you get a cut not just once but all the time in your email with codes. Thanks again. I've made two orders with them and just completed my first purchase from their sister store, Bloomz, today. After seeing some negative reviews, I felt the need to share my experience. Both times, I received my order from Binoid on time without any issues. I'm still trying out the THC options, and I really enjoy them (THCP, A, HHC, etc...). It's quite a bit to learn, but they work just like a THC vape cart. If you look for a discount code, they often give a good deal on your orders. Definitely give them a try. The dress I bought is still the prettiest one I have.

But I told them and they offered to send me another product to try. I really liked the other product. Also got a few THC vape carts and some gummies. I'm loving the 7-gram rechargeable vape right now, the Slush series, got a sativa and I love how it works. I'm a high tolerance user. You just gotta know what products to buy. Their customer service is great.

Other places take forever to ship, and I got tired of the waiting, so I appreciate that Binoid has reasonable shipping times. However, I've noticed that sometimes they send out broken products—while they do replace them once you explain the issue, it’s still annoying that they don't always get it right the first try. For example, one time I got a jar of 350mg gummies, and it felt like there was zero THC in them. I ate a WHOLE ONE and felt absolutley nothing. It was kinda weird. Besides that, I've mostly had good experiences with them.
