I was annoyed to find out that I needed to log in to make a purchase. My schedule is tight, and other suppliers don't ask for this, plus I have way too many accounts already. I almost moved my business to a different company because of this pointless rule. But there was one thing that stopped me. I found Alexis to be professional, pleasant, polite, and skilled. She's exactly the kind of person I want when choosing a service. If it weren’t for her, this review would be on another site. Just something to think about...

Very quick ordering process. The website remembered and offered my last order which was exactly what I wanted. It also suggested the proper lids for my containers. Both these suggestions saved me time from searching.

The free shipping they talk about isn't really free when your order weighs more than 150 pounds. And if you happen to spend $300 on stuff, the shipping costs end up being more than $150. It's kind of tricky.

My order experience with Berlin Packaging has been far from satisfactory. I ordered 60 containers on November 7th, under the impression that they were in stock and would be shipped the same day. However, four days later, my order still displayed the status "In Progress," despite successfully processing my payment. To expedite the delivery, I even chose the premium shipping option. Unfortunately, my items have not yet arrived, and the delay is causing significant inconvenience for my business operations. I expected Berlin Packaging to deliver on their promise, especially with premium shipping. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the reliability of their services. I hope they can address these issues promptly and improve their inventory management and shipping processes for future customers.

I'm optimistic that the product will meet my needs adequately. However, I do find the shipping charge to be on the higher side. I understand that my order is relatively small and may not be the main focus of your services.
