The designs are great, shipping is good

The designs are great, shipping is good, but the material quality is very poor. These are very cheap temu quality rash guards. I'd pay $19 for one of these - but will never order another one.

I can't comment on the product itself since it hasn't been made or shipped yet. I know it's the holiday season, so I checked the production and delivery times to ensure it would arrive before Christmas. I reached out to them, but the response I got didn’t match what was listed on the website... I hope it arrives in time so I can review the product. I also saw that they’ve added a notice on the website saying that orders placed now won’t be delivered before Christmas... I just wish they had shared that sooner.

Two weeks after I placed my order

Two weeks after I placed my order, and still no items... now they are saying the shipments has been split with 2 couriers... simply awful.

I placed an order on 12/12 and paid for express shipping, hoping to get a singlet for my kid for a tournament on 12/21. The website said 3-5 days processing. I thought with express shipping, it would be close, but at least it would arrive on time. Unfortunately, the order wasn’t processed and ready to ship until 12/19 (7 days instead of 3-5), and despite the upgraded shipping, it didn’t arrive until 12/28 (9 days after shipping). I emailed the company and got excuses in response, with no refund offered. The product that finally arrived isn’t great. It's cheaply made with only decent print quality. I won't use or recommend this company to anyone. What’s worse, the company doesn’t seem to have a place for reviews on their website or Facebook, which makes me think they’re trying to hide them.

Awful customer service; sizing way off

I purchased a women’s size small rash guard. In almost all other brands, I wear a medium, but based on their sizing chart, I chose a small ( I’m 5’3” and 140-145 lbs for reference). When I received it, it was huge, and absolutely unwearable. Two of the measurements are accurate to the sizing chart, but two of them are off, one of them by six whole inches. I reached out to the company since their return policy states that the sizing has to be off in order to be able to return and they requested I send photos of the measurements, which I did. Then they only responded in regards to the two that were accurate and didn’t mention the two that were inaccurate and have completely ghosted me ever since. I have reached out multiple times and they are no longer responding.

Abysmal quality and terrible customer service

The product designs are great, and the fit is pretty good. Alarm bells started ringing when I got despatch information showing that the products were coming from China. The actual quality of the garments is abysmal. The material is incredibly thin and the stitching is shocking. Real sweatshop level stuff. These won't last a hard training session.

Shipping time was disappointing.

Shipping time was disappointing. Placed my order on 1-23-2023, anticipating it for my vacation on March 5th, but the order hasn't arrived yet. Won't be patronizing Battlefit again. Consider trying Raven ware; I received my order in less than a week from them.

Terrible customer support

My order has not had an update on tracking information since December 9. Obviously this package is either lost missing. I don’t know what the case is. They refuse to send me a replacement order or refuse to refund me..
