Batsplus is good.

Batsplus is good. I almost got the same bat this year that I got last year but with different skin thinking it was different. I know, I know, what a beginner mistake you're thinking... After I realized it was the same bat, I contacted batsplus to explain my mistake and they were very understanding and forgiving. They worked with me and we exchanged the bat for a different one but this is where they gained my respect. I suggested swapping it for a bat of equal value, but they suggested getting this newer year bat which was cheaper and pretty much the same as the 2021 version. They refunded me the difference and I received the bat in 2 days. I will continue to support batsplus with my purchases.

My experience with Bats Plus left me frustrated. Just one day after purchasing a bat from them, I discovered the exact same bat available for $100 less at another retailer. When I reached out to Bats Plus, they made no effort to accommodate or assist me in any way. This lack of customer support left me disappointed and unlikely to do business with them again in the future.

I've been getting my bats from Bats Plus for about a year now, and seriously, they are the best! Especially their Monsta bats. The quality and performance are just top-notch. Customer service is also fantastic. I've mostly been in touch with James Toy, and he’s super quick to respond to any questions I have about bat availability. Even though Monsta bats don’t have a warranty, I had two bats crack, and James always made sure to help me out. That's rare to find these days. The bats from Bats Plus are always game-ready. I've tried bats from other stores, but none match the immediate pop from these. I've bought three King of Diamonds models and the "We the People" ML Torch - all fantastic. The pricing is good too. If you're after reliable Monsta bats, Bats Plus is the place!

Got a 2024 Atlas for my son and it came super quick, like in 2 days. But then, dang it, the bat was all banged up from shipping.
