    Ordered a bat from Bats

    Ordered a bat from Bats Plus and, while it arrived a day late (I chose 2-day delivery), the bat itself was solid. Sure, it had a little paint run, but it was no big deal, and overall, it was in great shape. The thing is, I really didn't want it in orange; not my favorite color at all. What really threw me off was the company asking for a review before I even got the bat. When I mentioned I'd update the review later, they made a snarky comment and called me “ridiculous.” I’d have given them 5 stars, but that interaction left a sour taste in my mouth.

    Got the bat in record

    Got the bat in record time and it was in mint condition, which was awesome. But when I asked about a discount through the number they have on the site, the rep acted like I was asking for his kidney or something. Super rude and not helpful at all. Honestly, if my kid wasn't over the moon about getting this bat, I would've probably looked somewhere else just 'cause of that attitude. Still, the bat itself is great and came fast, so at least there's that.

    Ordered a bat from Bats

    Ordered a bat from Bats Plus on Amazon and it came with a crack, right out of the wrapper. Didn't even get to hit a single ball with it. Tried returning, but they only refunded 50% and told me to "get lost." Really frustrating, especially since it was damaged from the start. Then, they verbally attacked me and lied, claiming I used the bat and didn't like it. Seriously, why would I scratch up a new bat just to return it? Finding a good bat online led me to Bats Plus, but now I regret it. If you open the wrapper, you're stuck. Bats Plus is a total gamble. Beware, folks!

    I can't believe how Bats

    I can't believe how Bats Plus treated me. I bought a bat, and it seemed cracked right out of the box. I returned it, hoping for a refund. Instead, they accused me of damaging it and even called me a thief! They took the bat back and only gave me half of what I paid. Now I'm stuck without a bat and out a bunch of money. Never dealing with them again. Really bad customer service and totally unfair.
