Banggood's customer service
Banggood's customer service was beyond terrible. I bought something expensive, thinking VAT was included, but they tacked on huge extra costs for shipping and insurance, making the final price much higher. Then, UPS, their courier, was a nightmare. They never bothered to contact me before delivery attempts, and when I finally got in touch with them, they demanded even more money just to deliver the package. Turns out, Banggood had messed with the invoice, stealing the VAT and declaring a lower value to avoid taxes.
Trying to sort it out with Banggood's customer service was a nightmare too. They never gave straight answers, just confusing and patronizing responses. Even their emails were a mess, sent by anonymous agents without any reference to the actual problem. And to top it off, they sent me the wrong plug for my order and refused to fix it.
Honestly, I'd steer clear of Banggood. They're shady and their customer service will only make you want to pull your hair out.
