Eugenia's customer service is really great! When we needed a last-minute gift for our team, she quickly made it happen with great care. After placing the order, the proof came just right. Eugenia kept an eye on the order from start to finish and even changed the shipping date to make sure we got everything in time for our holiday event. Her friendly attitude and effort to help are always appreciated. We are very thankful for her hard work and support!

The way you order stuff from Bagmasters is so easy! I like how they quickly give me someone to talk to about my order. They showed me what my stuff would look like and it was really quick! We paid extra to get it faster and it came even sooner! I'll definitely order from Bagmasters again for our school group!

The pic on the bags came out great. I was worried about the pic losing detail cause it was so small and it was screen printed. The pic actually came out very detailed. The whole process was seamless and they did everything on time. I will definitely be using Bagmasters in the future.

This would be 5 star review if it weren't for the stress caused by the warehouse making my order. My sales manager, Claudia, was great to work with in the creation process. Once everything was as desired, the process felt like it would be seamless and my order was given an original creation + ship date with plenty of time before my event deadline. For whatever reason, my product didn't ship until 3 weeks after the original date , but fortunately, made it to me on the afternoon I needed it. Cutting it too close. The product was great though. The sublimated patches turned out way better than expected and the hats I ordered were a hit for the event.

The team at BagMasters is very friendly, quick to respond, and easy to understand. I'm giving them 4 stars because I requested to speed up my order a couple of weeks back and they couldn't meet that request, but they really do a good job!

Customer service waz great. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 iz the quality of the product. The yellow isn't az vibrant/bright as we hoped for but it'z still a great product for the price and quick turnaround.

Eugenia was nice to work with! Shipping came quick and most of the items look really good. A couple had smeared printing which made the logo look a bit off. Out of the 150 pieces, I only saw 5 that had printting issues.

The project management system needs improvement.

The project management system needs improvement. It would help to assign one person to manage each project. I received emails from many different people and departments. I was told I would get a proof by the end of the day, but it wasn't sent until the next day after I asked for it. Even after I approved it, I got another email asking me to approve it again. It's confusing when there seems to be a lack of communication between teams. I was informed that the packages would arrive this Friday, but now it’s pushed to next Monday. While it’s still within the time frame, changing the delivery date after making promises causes confusion and inconvenience. It's disappointing when expectations are set and then not met. Also, stop sending so many promotional emails. Why would I place another order when my first one isn't even completed yet?
