After I gave a 1 star review, they contacted me right away about my problem. They fixed the problem fast once I left the bad review, but I’d warn to be careful with the contact us form because it looks like they didn’t get my message from the site. They were quick to say they never got it and that my review mattered a lot to them, and they answered my question quickly!
