The customer service is really kind and attentive! The product quality is great, and the customizing job is really well done! I gave very specific instructions for my custom order. While working with the production and quality teams, there were some communication issues that led to mistakes in my first order. Despite this, I appreciated how Aeticon stayed focused on making it right, and at no extra cost, they created the final product just as I had imagined. Overall, my experience was great. I would recommend them and I plan to place another custom order soon.

The design on the shirt was just how I wanted, the 50/50 mix makes sure it stays good for a long time and the care put into it was really somthing. Emma, the rep I talked to, got back to me fast and after hearing what I needed, she knew exactly what to check for and where to get it. The Boot Camp stencil script brings back memories of my jorney, and the crow on my shoulder reminds me of my progress. For veteran gear, I’ll be returning to these folks.

This company is real good.

This company is real good. I got two signs from them. One had LED lights, the other didn't. My husband got the one with lights for his man cave, he really liked it so we got another for outside. The second one got lost in the mail but their customer service was awesome and I got it a bit late. I say go for this company if you want good stuff for good prices.

They kept me updated on progress and showed me a preview of the finished design before completing it. I could make changes or add extra words without any fuss. They were helpful and kind. We received incorrect information about the shipping status multiple times, which caused frustration. Despite reaching out via calls and emails, we didn't receive helpful responses in a timely manner. We had to endure a lot of waiting. When the package finally arrived, it seemed like it had been mishandled during shipping. It was thrown onto the front porch and ended up in water and wet grass, which was not ideal. Ultimately, a company should take responsibility for the product until it safely reaches the customer. Although the quality of the product was good, the shipping and customer support issues make me hesitant to order from them again.

The Big Squirrel Metal Silouhette Wind Direction Indicator Weathervane I got looks nice. It came fast and packed well. I'm worried about the thin metal where the decorative piece hooks onto the rod. When I hold it sideways, the squirrel's weight bends it a lot. I noticed this when the roofers were working, with only two days to fix it. There's just an email, no phone number for Top TRENDYGEAR. That's bad for customer service if you're in a hurry. That and the weak metal are why I gave it 3 stars.

About 4 weeks ago, I ordered tennis shoes with a 'MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN' size 8.5. To my surprise, I received size 40 made in China. I felt very let down. I emailed them, and they replied. After about 10 emails back and forth, they apologized but said they couldn't help me. Size 8.5 is not the same as size 40. I disputed the charges, and my bank confirmed that I ordered size 8.5 and that they never contacted me to see if I wanted size 40. Case closed. The material is also cheap, and these people are quite dishonest. They are frauds just like Rotita. I plan to send letters and copies to President Trump. I don’t think his slogan MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, made in Chinna, will sit well with him. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FAKE FRAUDS …!!!!!

I ordered a weather vane that was supposed to include

I ordered a weather vane that was supposed to include a roof mount for attaching it to the roof's ridge. The weather was fine, but the mounting and directional assembly (North-South-East-West) were completely unusable. The tube meant to fit inside the vane was the same size as the vane, so it didn’t fit. The screws and bolts for attaching the N S E W pointers were poorly threaded, making them useless. Had to buy a proper set myself. Reached out to the suppliers multiple times but only received a silly assembly video for a different product. Now dealing with credit card recovery charges.

Horrrible horrible horrible! Do not buy!

Too trendy gear is horrible. I bought a Christmas sweater on Dec 4th for a Christmas party I had on the 22nd. I selected economy shipping because it stated it would be delivered in 5-8 business days. Once I completed my purchase, I got an email stating it wouldn’t be delivered for 8-12 business days. Well, it wasn’t delivered until January 9th. 28 business days. I reached out to customer service to return the stupid sweater and they’re telling me no refunds, no returns keep the sweater I have no use for anymore. Just a scam and waste of $60, right down the drain.

Phil, when you said your site moved to Ebay, I should have been more careful. I thought the Top Trendy Gear was your site (your websites look identical). I purchased the sign from Top Trendy Gear, it came from China and the sign is awful. The brightness of your sign outshines their sign 200%. I am trying to return the Top Trendy Sign and it I am successful, I will be purchasing my third barn sign from you! Just thought I would let you know that Top Trendy Gear infringes on your web design. Barbara

I give this company zero stars. Their response time is terrible. I bought this product on January 22, and it's now March 2nd, and it's still being shipped from China. I requested a full refund, but they haven't responded to my request. Plus, there's no phone number to reach them.
