Later that day, I opened it and the price quoted seemed too low; I thought it might be fake. Still, I filled in my details. Today, I got a call from Joe at autocomplete and ended up buying new insurance. My premium was slashed in half, which is wild since I added a new car and took off a 13-year-old one. Really happy I looked into this! It practically covered 1/3 of the car paymant!

Josh didn’t ignore my call when I reported the issues with Troy, and to make a long story short, he got my auto and renter's insurance policy set up quickly. If you contact Progressive and ask for Josh, your insurance requirements will be looked after. This doesn't mean that other agents won’t try to be useful to their company.
