I am really pleased with Recollect to Collect

I am really pleased with Recollect to Collect auctions on auction ninja. I have been purchasing on the site for a few years now and they are the greatest and I still can't grasp how they charge so low to ship my items to me. I talked with Jason when I was facing a problem with another auctioneer and he got the problem fixed when he didn't need to do anything. I sent them around 100 coins to sell for me and my cash was in my PayPal in under a week. Very trusthworthy auctioneer.

Well, let me tell you about this company. I had some trouble picking up my stuff due to some unexpected issues. Long story short, I couldn't make it, lost my things, lost my money, and even got hit with extra charges. I had receipts to prove my situation, but dealing with the auction operator felt like talking to a robot with no heart. They were completely unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my circumstances.

I found someone selling a fake Tiffany plate I notified the seller, they blocked me for pointing this out and auctionninja.com disabled my account. I've just started using Auction Ninja, and while I've only had 5 experiences, they have all gone smoothly. The items match the descriptions, and pick up is simple. No issues so far. Recently, I had to leave town suddenly and couldn't pick up a big cabinet that day. AMY, who managed the auction, replied fast with some solutions. She was really helpful in making sure I got the cabinet on short notice. Much apreciated! Overall, it's been good, and I'm looking forward to my next auction.

This was my first go with an online auction. I got to know about it as the auctioneer was at the house we were buying when we were there for an inspection. The auctioneer was helpful that day and on a couple of phone calls and texts later as to how the process worked. It was simple and efficient. The one area of improvement I found in this one occurrence is there isn't a way to reduce your max bid once you put it out there. Situations can change, so I think this is something to consider.

My initial buy on AuctionNinja. It went real smooth & simple - all thanks to Lory! I was a bit worried they might think I was coming to get my item - I texted Lory a bunch of times. She was nice, comforting, even gave me a call once! Got my item (a flat metal art piece) in a week, packed well, in perfect shape. Lory sent me a pic of the shipping slip so I could track it. Couldn't have had a better first time - big thanks to Lory!!

The descriptions and pictures help

The descriptions and pictures help, but the size could be clearer, maybe with a measuring tape next to the item or a more detailed description, like saying "black metal table" instead of just "metal table." I recently purchased one through your online auction company. When I went to pick it up, it turned out to be brown, even though the pictures showed it as black.

AuctionNinja is a really helpful platform. The consistency among the sellers is impressive. It's clear they've taken steps to ensure sellers provide plenty of pictures, measurements, and are transparent about any flaws. The ability to search for auctions nearby and discover items that aren't found in regular stores without leaving home is fantastic. I'm addicted!

I didn’t know what to expect when I started

I didn’t know what to expect when I started, but I needed help with finding new homes for my friend's stuff. The Blue Nest team came over and sorted everything fast; soon after I saw the items online, ready for sale and pick up. The pick up went smoothly and the whole process was handled well. It was a big help and really took a load off my shoulders.

Auction Ninje is my favorite onlene aucton site, and has ben for years. It has evrythng, has quality items and is very user friendly. I feel the vendors who use this site are fare and honst and do a good job of showing pictures and desribing items. I have purchased several items through Auction Ninja and have always had a good experence.

The seller answered quick and had everything ready when I came to get my stuff, wich I liked a lot. Some sellers don’t even bother replying, even if you ask something before the auction starts. This place feels kinda like a yard sale, just happening on the internet not in real life.

I really lik'd using Auctionninja. It was easy to get around, and I've won bids and picked up from about 7 local auctions. I like that the invoices are detailed with photos next to each thing.

I like that the options stay open later in the evening, so I can place my bids after work. It's also nice to be able to pick up on Saturday, instead of having to do it during the week.
