I just got my OUD Wood Chips (1 of each). After ordering, I sent a message to check if I had made a mistake with the shipping address, like I did before. They replied fast and confirmed everything was good. One item was out of stock, and they asked if I wanted to pick something else, giving me a suggestion. I agreed and was happy to complete my order. The package came, and I used the box as an air freshener in my basement office. My wife is still trying the different types I bought for her. She hasn’t been dissapointed so far, but she is still figuring out the best ways to burn the wood to get the most from the chips.

Lama, her son, and the support team were awesome, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The overall ambiance was beautiful. Looking forward to returning. Now, when it comes to the product, I must admit I'm a bit puzzled. Being new to Oud, I was unsure about what to expect in terms of scent. However, what I got was a strong aroma reminiscent of freshly mowed hay. Strangely, I couldn't detect any of the fragrance notes that were supposed to be present. It felt incredibly green, leading me to believe it was a freshly produced batch. I've been informed that allowing oxygen into the container and letting it sit will help the fragrance mature over time. The catch is, this process might take well over a year. While I'm intrigued by the potential, the wait seems quite lengthy. Overall, a mixed experience, but the outstanding customer service does leave a positive impression.

Regrettably, my first experience with your company leaves me with no intention of making future purchases, especially given the significant value of the items involved.
