This is the worst company I've dealt with, without a doubt.
This is the worst company I've dealt with, without a doubt. Once they got my payment, there was ZERO communication or coordination. I just waited and waited. They don’t pick up the phone, and when you leave a message, they get back to you 6 or 8 hours later. The email responses from dispatch were completely useless. It’s a terrible company to work with. Look for another option for auto shipping.

They sent me the terms and conditions fast, and after I sent a picture of my ID and card (with all details except my name covered), they cancelled my order. I emailed asking why this was needed, but never heard back. Such a waste of time.

I attempted to cancel the service, but the company refused to cancel it and kept charging me after using my social security. They even tried to sue me and sent offensive messages.
