The lack of professionalism and disregard for accuracy in communication left me with a negative impression. I would recommend steering clear of this company.

I wish I checked reviews beforehand. Just like others, I got loads of text messages and emails. Google marked many of them as spam. I regret giving them my phone number. And the barrage hasn't stopped. Seems like they're more of a broker than a transporter. I'm hesitant to respond to anyone in case I never get my stuff or money back. It's disheartening when 30% of the reviews are 1-star.
