Riduco la valutazione di una stella per evidenziare che, nonostante un catalogo estremamente ampio, una logistica interna efficiente e un servizio clienti eccellente, se un conducente SDA poco professionale decide di non effettuare la consegna, il risultato è che il pacco non arriva a destinazione. È fondamentale concentrarsi sul miglioramento dell'ultimo tratto della consegna e considerare l'implementazione di una propria rete logistica.

I use Amazon Prime and music. The music is really important for me but I'm kinda let down by the prices going up. When I first joined, they said Prime members would get a discount. As for products, just do your research and check reviews. That way, you won't make big mistakes.

Mi è stato comunicato che il mio pacco è stato consegnato, ma non ho ricevuto nulla. In aggiunta, oggi ho sperimentato il colmo di una serie di disguidi, nonostante sia un utente Prime. Il 13 marzo ho effettuato un ordine che avrebbe dovuto essere consegnato oggi, il 15 marzo, presso un punto di ritiro specificato. Tuttavia, nel tardo pomeriggio, ho ricevuto un messaggio da Amazon, il quale speravo contenesse il PIN per il ritiro del pacco. Invece, mi sono trovato di fronte a un avviso di "consegna effettuata". Preoccupato, mi sono recato al punto di ritiro per verificare personalmente la situazione, ma mi è stato detto che il corriere di Poste Italiane non aveva consegnato il mio pacco. In effetti, il sistema mostrava che il pacco era stato consegnato all'ufficio di smistamento postale, il che è inaccettabile per due motivi: primo, non avrebbe dovuto trovarsi lì; secondo, senza il codice non posso ritirarlo. Nonostante ciò, il servizio clienti ha affermato che non possono procedere con il rimborso perché il sistema indica il pacco come consegnato. Mi è stato detto di attendere tre giorni lavorativi prima di poter richiedere un rimborso, con la speranza che il pacco mi venga consegnato nel frattempo. Questa risposta mi sembra assurda. La qualità del servizio offerto da Amazon sta peggiorando notevolmente. Di conseguenza, ho deciso di disdire il mio abbonamento Prime, visto che pago per un servizio che non rispetta le aspettative

The package arrived intact, but to my dismay, when I opened the box, I found only the watch cushion and the warranty—no watch in sight! I scoured the automated help options for a way to report missing items but found nothing suitable. After some effort, I managed to speak with customer service over the phone, where they promised to initiate an inquiry and asked me to call back in 48 hours. I'm really hoping for a quick resolution to this issue.

It's stuffed with useless junk and endless unmemorized rules, making the site jump from category to category by itself to mislead you. I suspect this awful site is run from somewhere shady, selling the most overpriced garbage you can find! It needs to be SHUT DOWN, as it rips off customers more than you can imagine. Bezos can do whatever he wants with his ill-gotten gains, but eventually, karma will catch up. Stay AWAY from this rip-off operation at all costs. It’s poorly managed, unkempt, and should be closed!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. I've been waiting for more than three weeks for two iPhone 15s we ordered, even paying extra for express delivery. In the meantime, we've made numerous calls to their so-called "customer service" and submitted seven incident reports, which Amazon adamantly denies having received. It's clear to me now that they're nothing but swindlers, stalling for time and dodging any assistance until the refund deadline passes, leaving them with both our money and the phones.
