I've had a good time with this

I've had a good time with this company for the past three years. When I ran into a problem with my traditional IRA rollover, they got in touch with me promptly before I even noticed there was a problem and fixed it fast. Jennifer even gave me a call after everything was sorted out to make sure I was happy with how things turned out!

It was a relief to have a real person

It was a relief to have a real person pick up when I called. The individual was well-informed and helped me successfully finish the transaction I was struggling with. No labyrinthine phone tree to wade through initially, which was a positive aspect.

I really like this company.

I really like this company. I use them for my crypto IRA. I know ITC is more well-known, but if people actually looked at the fee structure, they would choose Alto. No minimum deposits, no minimum trade size. Plus, it’s powered by Coinbsse exchange, so your transactions go through without a hitch. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is the lack of in-kind transfers and the fact that they don’t take custody of my crypto when I cash out instead of selling it for cash. But I’ll give them some time. They’re still growing, and I’m nowhere near the age to cash out yet. Great job Alto!

I'm just starting with this kind of financial transactions, and Alto makes things easier. I usually get impatient if things don't move fast enough for me. Alto helps by asking questions to understand my needs better instead of just saying, "this is how we do it." It's better than being told off for not knowing.

The representative was great

The representative was great, but I really need you to add a graph like the ones on my other investment sites. A graph that shows how my stocks move in general, on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and overall basis.

I tried out this new

I tried out this new app for my crypto investments and I have some thoughts. Firstly, the app is not super intuitive, which can be a bit frustrating. I wish they had a similar interface to Coinbase, that's way easier to use. But, hey, I can get used to it if I have to. However, the biggest issue I have with this app is that I can't have multiple Crypto IRA types (like Traditional and Roth) with just one email/login. It's just not efficient and it wastes my time. Plus, it could compromise my accounts. I really wish they would fix this. On the bright side, their customer service is pretty responsive and helpful. So that's a plus.

nightmare! It's always scary to try a new company, especially when it comes to investing your hard-earned money. But getting scammed is everyone's worst fear. It's good to hear that someone named Steve Bly was able to help recover your funds. That's definitely a glimmer of hope in an otherwise terrible situation. I hope the company takes steps to prevent this from happening again in the future.
