It seems like I was added to this as a joke and I ended up being rude to Mr. Casas, even though he stayed calm and polite. He had every reason to tell me off, but he didn't. If I ever need a surety bond, I'll definitely reach out to Mr. Casas for help.

Company had some problems with scanning documents. It got done, but took a while. Got bond fast, so could file for state title before end of day. Person I spoke to was helpful, gave lots of ways to upload documents.

The company had some problems with scanning documents. It took a long time to get them scanned. However, I managed to get everything scanned before the end of the day. They sent the bond promptly, so I could apply for the state title before the end of business hours on the same day. The person I spoke with was really helpful. They gave me different ways to upload the documents.
