After I changed the email and passwords as instructed, my account was stolen within just 25 hours. Now, I'm left without an account and $84 poorer. I've requested either a refund or a replacement account I can use securely. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I caution others against making purchases from this source until they can demonstrate improved security and customer support. I hope they will respond promptly and resolve the issue, and I'll reconsider my review accordingly.

After buying around 5 accounts, including those with email access, I can firmly state this site is 100% a rip-off. The support system is useless, and each account supposedly has a one-week warranty. However, after receiving 3 non-working accounts and reaching out for help, support finally said the purchases were out of warranty, despite never getting a functional account! To top it off, the priciest account I bought with email access was reclaimed a week later, likely to be resold. I even bought extra skins (my mistake), but when I contacted support again, they claimed it was no longer under warranty because I used the account initially. Forget this account and the lousy owners—STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
