I worked with Lynne Bromley recently for a new policy. Lynne is very experienced with different policies, terms and pros and cons of different insurance companies. She was responsive, thorough and had my best interest in mind - lowest premium with the best coverage. I’ve been with First Rate Insurance for more than 3 years now. I really appreciate their service, especially the help from my agent, Meghan Joseph. Even though I’m not a big client, I’ve always felt like they care about me. I should’ve written this review way earlier.

The most pleasant insurance agent I've spoken with. Marcella was kind, clear, humorous, and, above all, focused on helping me get the right insurance plan. I was worried about high prices and uncertain policies, but Marcella calmed me and found the best rate she could. I’d suggest her service if you’re a student needing an affordable insurance option!
