Zendesk chat is really good for business. I like how easy it is to use, especially for live chat. The interface is simple and doesn't cost too much.

Zendesk's user experience is awful
Zendesk's user experience is awful, it's hard to find anything while setting up support. No wonder folks offer services to set up Zendesk support pages. This shows Zendesk can't figure out their service or doesn't care about customers.

This support company is a joke. They have automated messages so you're not actually speaking to anyone. They cannot give you any information. Pointless support team says it all, though less than 2 stars.

I gave this company a shot back in 2021.
I gave this company a shot back in 2021. They never answered my questions and missed the sales call. No worries, I chose Intercom instead. In 2024, I thought I'd try them again for more ticket-like features. Same problem—no replies, no answers to questions, and their pricing feels way too high. Eventually, I connected with a sales rep who pitched me "unlimited brands and help centers" on an Enterprise plan. I agreed because the price seemed reasonable. Turns out, I only got 5 brands and 5 help centers. It felt like a bait and switch. When I tried to voice my concerns, I got a snarky reply from Adrian Miranda, and when I responded, I heard nothing back. They really need to improve their leadership.
