The Chinese teachers are well trained and my child

The Chinese teachers are well trained and my child enjoys the lessons and homework. The resources used in the lessons are engaging, and we would give 5 stars for the learning experience. However, the salesperson (Chinese course organizer) is a bit too pushy and constantly calls and messages me. She kept asking me to invite friends and help her reach her sales goals – that's not what we signed up for. We just want our child to enjoy learning Chinese or maths, and we will buy more packages when needed. Unfortunately, the course organizer seems more focused on hitting her sales target than organizing my child's lessons. Please stop with the constant marketing.

Signed up for a Chinese course for my son. We got placed in the wrong class at first and then missed classes without any communication. The coordinator didn't schedule our agreed time properly.

Tried the free class, but...

The plus side is the trial class was nice and pleasant. The instructor we got was attentive and made the class fun. The software they use incorporates some animations, sound and most importantly some interactivity, which helps kids stay engaged throughout the class. The bad side is the high pressure sales tactics and info bombardment, upselling you to higher tier packages with reasoning that don't make logical sense. Doesn't seem like a reputably operated company. No thanks.

I was at McDonald's with my friends on a Friday after school, and things took a turn when my parents informed me that my lesson time changed from 7:00 pm to 5:30 pm. That's just 30 minutes after school ends! The app notified my parents at 5:28, leaving me with no time to enjoy my food. Now, I have to deal with this ineffective lesson that doesn't help my grades, especially in Chinese. Even after a year, my grades have gotten worse because they provide useless learning materials. For example, we're stuck learning Chinese poems in secondary 1, and they're teaching us stuff from primary 3. What's the point? It's a waste of my Friday and money.

Don’t be fooled by money hunger.

It really depends on the teacher. Make sure to pick a good teacher. Be prepared to be bugged around for renewal. They won’t stop till they make it. It was very rude and annoying. Don’t believe if they promise to refund. They won’t. They will make excuse to reject you. Do NOT buy their big package. You will be trapped.
