The cost is indeed a bit high for what you receive. Finally, I want to particularly appreciate the advisors. They are responsible and patience in addressing all questions and concerns.

There is a part in the terms of service that says we might be responsible for any harm caused to Wukong or others if someone else uses our account without permission. This part feels not right because even if we protect our account, we can't stop things like hacking. It would be better if Wukong can change the words to make clear we are not at fault for things we can't controle.

Great teachers. Also very good customer support, they always respond quickly with answers that make sense. Very helpful. My son is 5, and he enjoys the classes since they’re designed for him with plenty of interaction with the teacher. We don't come from a Chinese background, but the teachers were really surprised by how well my son handled the class.
