Honestly, I don't get the negative reviews here. I've been using Codecademy for over 8 months to learn Python as a student, and I'm very happy with it. Sure, there are a few small glitches like you get with any online platform, but aside from that, it works great and helps you learn a lot. I'm also super thankful for the Codecademy Go app, which lets you study and keep your streak going when you can't get to a computer. However, I wouldn't say the full price is worth it, it's a bit too much. The best way to get a Pro membership is by applying as a student and waiting for a discount. That's how I ended up paying only about 75 USD for the whole year.

Got alert from credit card company. Their refund policy seems illegal. They charge without proration. Shady practice, I think. Sent request for contact, no response yet. Charged today, asking for refund now. Doubt they'll give it to me.
