The classes at Aixue began during the pandemic.
The classes at Aixue began during the pandemic. I attended the math, reading, and programming courses, and overall, I had a positive experience. Recently, several competitions have been organized, providing useful information and helping to apply the learning, which takes a load off the parents. There are also many group deals for popular software memberships. It’s a very thoughtful organization.

Firstly, customer service is quite nice.
Firstly, customer service is quite nice. My agent Tiffany is usually there to assist. Secondly, the pricing is fairly good. However, there isn’t an option to test classes, so it's a bit of a gamble to find a teacher you like. I have had a few classes for both kids; some of them the kids enjoyed, and some they didn’t. Another thing I find inconvenient is that class recordings are only given if you miss the session, and even then, they’re only kept for a limited time.
