The initial interaction with the sales representative was promising

The initial interaction with the sales representative was promising, but the experience deteriorated rapidly after payment. Assigned a different representative, and communication became non-existent, with unreturned calls and unresolved issues. Despite being charged for sessions, the company failed to provide the promised service, unable to locate the designated tutor or addressed concerns. This lack of accountability and customer support tarnished the overall experience, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. It's disappointing when a company fails to deliver on its promises and neglects its responsibilities to its clients.

Lied to Credit Card Company

ClassUp lied to my credit card. We bought 24 classes for our two kids for the summer for $1,500, but we could not get a hold of the coordinator to change the original class schedule. When the summer ended and we had no classes used, we asked for a refund. The director texted me that he "really alarmed", but refused to refund us, saying the company "never as far as I know given a refund" even when ClassUp screwed up. When I disputed this charge with the credit card company, ClassUp told them that we were the ones who refused to communicate with them!

Don't waste your time applying to teach for them

I applied to tutor for the company. I have 24 years of teaching and tutoring experience and a Masters Degree in Education. I was denied at the first step and can't understand what more this sham of a company would want. Honestly they lost out on a committed, great tutor. I work for another company and have glowing reviews from parents, all 5 stars. Their loss !

My experience with ClassUp has been disappointing

My experience with ClassUp has been disappointing. Despite paying for two classes a week, they consistently fail to complete my daughter's classes. Furthermore, they attempted to collect additional money from my husband's account, and abruptly disconnected us from the class. This behavior feels deceitful and unethical. I cannot in good conscience recommend ClassUp to anyone based on my experiences.

Classup has really helped my kids out a ton.

Classup has really helped my kids out a ton. Since COVID hit, my son's grades were slipping, but now he's doing great with an A after just 3 months of tutoring! The teachers know their stuff and have tons of experience. I appreciate having weekly classes that cover multiple subjects. We went with 2 sessions a week for my son, one for Math and one for English, and we've seen a lot of improvement. What's even better is that they customize the lessons to fit how my kids learn best. Last month, I signed up my daughter too. She has ADHD and dysgraphia, but they found a teacher who's certified to help with both issues. Plus, scheduling is really flexible, which is a big help with our busy lives. ClassUp has made education easier for moms like me, and I'm really grateful for all the support! #MomApproved

This company is really bad.

This company is really bad. When they want your money, they are there, but after that, everything falls apart. Their so called learning person, Danielle, is the worst support ever. They cancel classes and switch teachers whenever they feel like it, without even asking the parent. My son had English and Math teachers scheduled for times that worked for us, but out of nowhere, I got emails about classes being canceled, with no heads up. And when you try to call, no one answers or helps. I suggest you avoid this company, they are awful.

Do not trust Classup At all

Hello To everyone! This is a so called Classup which in reality is Class Down is just Super Scam. They just want your money. WE spent 2500 dollars for so called English class the money is gone like when you flash the toilet. IT IS run by some Chinese company they bearly speake English. Don't trust them please .

Initially, I din't notice any progress

Initially, I din't notice any progress in my son's math skills. He was at a 3rd grade level in 5th grade. His teacher had a lot of pashents with him, took time to explain things in different ways for him to understand. Now he's in 6th grade, getting an A in math. It seems like he's learning more now than what they teach in reguler school. He dosn't strugle as much with math anymore. Overall, it was a good investmint really helped my son.

I'm really pleased with how much my daughter has improved with ClassUp! The lessons designed specifically for her fit her needs so well, and now she actually enjoys math! Plus, being able to schedule lessons around our hectic routine is a huge help. She's a lot more confident now!
