When I decided to part with some of my old collectible toys—1977 Star Wars Stormtrooper, Sand People, Aliens Action figures and a Limited edition Cylon Centurion Action figure—I didn’t know where to begin. Then I came across Chris Ingledue and his shop, Wheeljack’s Lab. I was a bit unsure about selling these toys that had been with me for so long. But Chris made the process simple. I emailed him a few pictures, and he responded the same day with a friendly attitude and a more than fair offer right away. The shipping went smoothly thanks to his prepaid label, and the payment hit my account the same day before I even sent out the toys. I had a few boxes with what I thought contained about 80 action figures, mostly 1990’s TMNT, Marvel, DC Superheroes, Aliens, and more, all still on the card. I planned to sell them individually at shows and on Ebay. Turns out, I actually had around 230! This was way too much work for me to handle alone, so I found Wheeljack’s Lab online. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Chris gave me a fair price, not too low. As an international buyer, my experience with wheeljackslab on eBay was disappointing. I purchased a Gi Joe bridge layer listed as "100% complete," but upon arrival in Europe, I found 2 missing guns. The seller promised to send them but encountered shipping issues, blaming an "extra item in parcel." After a confusing conversation, the suggested solution was to return the bridge layer for a refund, which seemed illogical. Despite proposing a reasonable alternative, the seller went silent. The attempt to send the guns discreetly in a previous package raised concerns about honesty. Negative feedback was initially removed, and an unrequested $17 refund was issued, leaving me wary of glowing reviews concealing potential issues.
