This is my second time using them.
This is my second time using them. It's reasonably priced and conveniently close to the port. The staff is nice, and the best part is the multilevel parking garage. Just follow the instructions and have everything ready for quick check-in. Considering it's in the Miami area, which can be a little more costly, it’s pretty decent, but don't leave things for the last minute.

The service was just as promised. Everything went smoothly. The location was easy to find, and there was a parking spot ready for me. The shuttle van was there when I arrived. The ride to the cruise ship was quick and comfortable. When I got off the ship, the shuttle van showed up in about 15 minutes.

The parking process was quick and straightforward
The parking process was quick and straightforward, with all charges paid beforehand, which made it convienient. We hoped the shuttle to the cruiseport could leave earlier than 11am, so we ended up taking a taxi to get there by 10am. The advertised rates were raised by more than 50% due to additional fees.

Well-organized place. It's simple to get in and out. The shuttle service needs to be faster. If they can fix this, there's no reason not to use this place.
