Great customer service!
After checking out different watch stores and reading reviews, I had some doubts. I chose this store because they had fewer bad reviews compared to others, and I liked how they responded to the negative ones. They were polite, respectful, and did their best to fix any issues. I'm really happy with my decision! I received my watch on time, without any trouble. The watch is a perfect gift for a 40th birthday. I'll definitely shop here again.

Saurabh was really great and provided very good customer service. I ordered a watch and after paying, I found out it was on backorder. I needed the watch for my son’s birthday, so I contacted them and was offered other choices which I picked, and everything was handled very fast. Saurabh didn’t make any issue at all. This happened at 2pm today and I just got a delivery confirmation that the watch will arrive tomorrow. Awsome!
