Cancellation process is not easy at all. I placed an online order and, after some time, decided to cancel it. Getting in touch with customer support was tough. I had to call several times before I could speak with someone. It took a full day to receive an email saying my order would be cancelled, but it wasn’t an official confirmation—it was just a message from an agent with no cancellation number. They still charged 75e for the prescription fee, no matter what, and an additional 135e if there was extra "administration." I agreed to pay the 75e but never got an official cancellation email with a cancellation number. After calling again, they told me the cancellation would be processed by Monday or Tuesday. They also didn’t contact Klarna to inform them about the cancellation. Later, I received a message saying the medication would be delivered on Tuesday. The whole experience has been very annoying. Despite making multiple calls, emails, and requests, there was no proper confirmation. I do not recommend this company at all.
