My experience with Verbling has been great.

My experience with Verbling has been great. I've been taking English classes for almost two years and I couldn't be happier. The platform works really well, classes can be easily rescheduled, and the teacher I had was amazing. Also, when I needed to deal with a special situation because my teacher stopped giving classes, I contacted customer support and they sorted it out fast. Julia's support on this matter was fantastic: friendly, professional, and quick to resolve everything. Everything has been really good.

I was overseas for 3 months with a big time difference between Asia and Mexico. It was really hard to schedule sessions because of the time gap; even though I like my teacher and the sessions, 10PM just wasn't doable for me. I had sessions I'd already paid for that were going to expire, so I asked if I could get more time. Verbling kindly agreed to give me back the expired sessions when I got back to the USA.

Verbling is a great site - I had a little issue, my fault, and they were so amazingly helpful. Solved with no issues. I enjoy the site. I am getting fluent way quicker than I thought I would and I really like my teacher Elisa. Viva Italia!

The Customer Service Agent Mrs. Julia was very quick to reply to my email. In fact, within 4 minutes of me sending my request, she processed a refund for an earlier payment to Verbling and sent me an email to let me know.

I had a problem gettin to the teachr profile vids n sent an email to tech support. Got a reply in a few hrs with sum suggestd fixes n was able to solve the prob. Im vry pleased with the response time n solution!

I have experienced timely and detailed feedback from Verbling Support over the last 4 years. They are also very empathetic and provide honest assistance whenever they receive a complaint.

I'd rate Verbling company 3 out of 5 points for not being able to display expired classes on my dashboard. However, I'd give the customer service a 5 out of 5 for promptly activating my class.

The instructor handled it on her own pretty fast. You guys were, of course, on your holiday break or something like that. I'll have to wait and see if I run into any issues the next time I try to book a session.

I purchased a product and the company suddenly stopped providing support after I used only a fraction of it. They refused to refund the remaining portion of the purchase. Essentially, I believe they took my money without delivering the service I paid for.
