Outstanding customer service. This language learning program really helps me with my two languages. It feels like I'm making progress, but sometimes it moves too quickly. It would be better with more repetition, especially for beginners like me. Still, I think highly of this program. Maybe you could add Swahili next? It's a widely spoken African language.

I had an issue accessing the Mondly site, but their customer service was fantastic. The representative was patient and genuinely concerned, persisting until the problem was solved. Their dedication and sincerity were pleasantly surprising. Highly recommended!

I appreciate how the app is structured and the way

I appreciate how the app is structured and the way it smoothly introduces grammar without needing to memorize everything, while still letting those interested access extra details. The app does a good job recycling and reviewing vocabulary, and usually, it gets my pronunciation right when I speak, though sometimes it misses. As an American learning Italian, I noticed the app is more suited to British English. It’s a bit annoying having to convert words to British English to answer questions and even more so when I find out I was "wrong" for using American terms. Another thing that bugs me is being constantly compared to someone named Tanya who seems to have a lot of points. Is this meant to motivate me or is there some kind of competition? Lastly, some of the intonation, especially in questions, seems a bit off. I purchased the lifetime subscription and I’m glad I did. I love languages and there’s a lot here for me to enjoy.

Mondly's a great app for learnin' languages. I'd defo suggest it. It's fun and helps ya learn well, with lotsa ways to practice. The screen's easy to use and looks nice. Overall, Mondly's a top way to learn new languages while havin' a good time.

This company makes lessons hard for starters and wastes cash : No errors explained No teaching grammar rules The price is too high and not good for some folks like students Pronunciation teaching isn't pro and lacks detail But least they make short daily lessons for learners to remember and repeat a lot, I appreciate that

I’ve finished the initial lesson a few times now.

I’ve finished the initial lesson a few times now. Each time I try to proceed, it keeps asking for extra cash for Premium. When I hit the button to move to the next lesson, it demands even more money to unlock it. I’ve already paid $100, and yet the first lesson still requires additional funds to continue. There aren’t any other options to move forward. I’ve tried other language learning services and haven’t run into this kind of issue just to get to the next lesson.
