My experience purchasing PDM Carlisle from Venba's website was overall smooth. The standout features were the excellent price, user-friendly website, and a flawless checkout process. Shipping was also remarkably fast, which I appreciated. However, upon receiving the fragrance, I noticed some concerning details. While the batch code was present on the box, I couldn't locate it on the bottle, which struck me as unusual because my previous PDM bottles had clearly displayed batch codes. Additionally, all the Carlisle boxes I'd seen in unboxing videos had "Royal Essence" printed at the bottom, but mine simply stated "Made in France." This difference raised questions about the authenticity of the product. Another point of concern was the absence of an information card in the box, which is typically included with PDM fragrances. This card usually provides details about the scent, and its absence made me somewhat uneasy. Despite these concerns, the fragrance itself smelled great and appeared genuine, which was reassuring. Nevertheless, these discrepancies raised doubts about the product's authenticity and origin.

1st time buying from Venba. Had a problem with my order (leakage). Reached out to CS, no reply for days. Gave them a week, then followed up. They offered a solution, wanted to exchange, got label to send back. Later, refunded without explanation. CS said item out-of-stock, advised to buy again. Wish they explained without me reaching out. Besides communication issue, process seems okay. Order arrived within the week. Repurchased, no leakage this time. Product packaged nicely for shipment.
