US Star Trucking Inc. Representative Nicholas Clark provided good customer service. When I needed to change the car pick up date, Nicholas quickly arranged for another carrier at the same agreed price. He kept his promise on all details, including pick-up and delivery times. Nicholas worked with Y & C Carrier Inc., and shared a screenshot of their website with all the relevant information, such as the owner/driver Junior's name, his dispatcher Irina’s contact info, and the company's general phone number. Y & C Carrier Inc. was very professional and reliable. Owner/driver Junior delivered my car before the scheduled time and in perfect condition. Dispatcher Irina was always helpful and responded to my texts after hours. Thanks to Nicholas Clark for his good communication and for choosing a reliable transport company.

WE SENT OUR CAR FROM NIAGARA FALLS N.Y. TO DALLAS TEXAS. IT LEFT OUR HOUSE ON SEPT.14 AND GOT TO OUR DAUGHTER'S PLACE ON SEPT 18, JUST LIKE THEY SAID. EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND ARRIVED WITHOUT DAMAGE. I SPOKE WITH THOMAS ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS VERY POLITE. EVERYTHING HAPPENED AS PROMISED.

It’s not right for companies to use multiple names! US Star Trucking, or US Starr Trucking, or even Circle Christian School as a payment receiver? That’s not okay. The freight industry can be tough with lots of competition. Make sure to double-check your sources. Unfortunately, I can’t suggest them. Nine days after they promised to pick up, still nothing! JP

Companies shouldn’t be switching names like this!!! Operating as US Star Trucking or even Circle Christian School for payments? That’s just wrong. Freight is a tough business with lots of competition. Be careful with who you deal with. Sorry, can’t suggest this one. Nine days after they said they'd pick up – still nothing! JP
