I decided to try shopping at Ulta through their app, but it was a total mess. The app kept glitching, and although it took my money, I never received an order number. Frustrated, I called customer service, hoping they'd sort it out, but they were no help at all. It felt like they were just wasting my time, keeping me on hold for ages. They told me they’d hold my money for 3-5 days, and if I wanted my products, I’d have to buy them again. What? I already paid once! And don't even get me started on trying to speak to a supervisor—they’re never there, and they never call back. This experience makes me rethink shopping at Ulta.
