    I beleive this was my first time trying Uber Eats.

    I beleive this was my first time trying Uber Eats. I was staying at a hotel and didn’t want to go out for food. Their app was easy to use for putting in hotel room details, so I went with them. Right after I ordered, it felt like just a few minutes and the driver was already grabbing my food! The delivery time was supposed to be around 30 minutes, but I got it in about 10! They got to my room fast, were very nice, and my order was right. Good experiance!

    The delivery process was real good, could see my order coming from before pickup to delivery. Driver was real nice and meal hot on arrival.

    Company's delivery was punctual

    Company's delivery was punctual and the food was good (although pricey). The website failed to display my costs, and I thought it would lead to a payment page. Instead, it automatically debited my card—this caught me off guard. However, I did receive an email later confirming a $25 discount.

    They are a very money-hungry company

    They are a very money-hungry company that when a restaurant forgets to send you part of your order, they won't take responsibility for it and won’t refund you unless you show proof with a picture. How is that fair? You try to make a complaint, but all you get is the same generic reply. They really should be shut down for the way they operate. I’ll never use Uber again, whether for food or taxis. I really hope they go into administration due to their awful customer service.

    My initial experience with this company was disappointing.

    My initial experience with this company was disappointing. Despite receiving a promotional offer for my first purchase, it didn't apply when I tried to place the order. Contacting customer support led to them deactivating the promotion, but they couldn't resolve the issue, leaving me to pay full price. This left a bad impression, especially since it was my first order.

    Die Inkompetenz der Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter erreicht ihren Höhepunkt. Und ich sage das aus der Perspektive eines Kunden, der in einem Jahr über 1500 € ausgegeben hat. Ich habe Essen über UberEats bestellt und drei Minuten später einen Anruf erhalten, dass bestimmte Produkte nicht verfügbar sind. Also bat ich um eine Stornierung. Der Restaurantbesitzer beharrte jedoch darauf, dass dies nicht möglich sei, und sagte, ich solle die Bestellung selbst stornieren. Nach der Stornierung erhielt ich von UberEats die Mitteilung, dass das Geld einbehalten wird, da das Restaurant bereits mit der Zubereitung der Speisen begonnen habe. Ich habe mein Geld nur deshalb zurückbekommen, weil ich den Fall mehrfach gemeldet habe, schließlich über PayPal. UberEats ist ein einziges Trauerspiel. Ihre Mitarbeiter sind inkompetent, und das Unternehmen hat kein grundlegendes Verständnis dafür, wie man neue Kunden gewinnt und bestehende hält. Anstatt Millionen für Werbungen mit Hasselhoff auszugeben, konzentriert euch auf die Grundlagen, denn in Wirklichkeit seid ihr eine windige Firma, und ich hoffe, dass der Markt euch früher oder später zurechtweist. Ich wiederhole es noch einmal: Ich spreche aus der Perspektive eines Kunden, der in einem Jahr über 1500 € ausgegeben hat. Wenn sie mich nicht respektiert haben, überlege dir gut, ob sie dich respektieren werden.

    Once and never again!

    Once and never again! The order went through quickly and Uber found my account without any problems. Unfortunately, the driver couldn't find my address or phone number. In short: the food never arrived, but I still had to pay. Uber closed my complaint twice and the promised check by the specialized team never took place. Lousy customer service - once and never again!
