Customa s'vice was good n' help'd me wif refund. I ordad Fish n' chips, da drivah was late coz snow storm, he came buzzd n' I let him in, he neva came to door so he musta eaten my suppa??

Some of the drivers working here need to reconsider their jobs. Maybe they would do better with public transport. I've ordered food a few times from this service and every time I’ve had drivers who take forever, either stuck for no reason or driving aimlessly looking for the right address. It's insane! Customers are paying way more than the actual cost of the food. Most of the price is in service fees, making the food cost almost half of the total amount! It's hard to understand why anyone would keep using a service that doesn't seem to care about its customers. Just something to think about before deciding to use this service.

The restaurant's prices on their

The restaurant's prices on their menu are quite a bit lower compared to what you see on Skip's menu. For instance, if you order a hamburger online directly from the restaurant, it's $14.99. But if you order the same burger through Skip, it's $18.43 plus there's an additional $2.00 service charge and a 49-cent delivery fee, totaling $20.92 before tipping the delivery person. It would've been better if this price difference was made clear from the start. When I asked about it in the chat, they explained that the extra charges are set by the restaurants themselves.

I'm not happy

I'm not happy with the company. They messed up my online order and didn't give me a refund from either BP or Skipthedish. Both have weird rules and bad customer service. Skipthedish's online support is unhelpful. They don't like honest reviews or ratings. I'm shocked they didn't refund $17.49 for the food before taxes. Crazy. They ruined my daughter's celebration dinner.

Let me tell you this... I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. If I could rate lower than 1, I would. They keep dropping food off and running off, no knock, no doorbell....NOTHING. At -38c, if I were a customer and the address was right, I'd be furious because that's a lot of food ending up in the trash. Tried finding a phone number for these idiots... I’d have a better chance winning the lottery. Terrible company, terrible customer service, and terrible deliveries. So glad I’m not a customer, I just get all the damn hassle of being one!!!!!!

Rip-off company.

Rip-off company. Awful service. Writing this because it’s the second time we’ve had trouble with this delivery service. We need delivery, so it’s vital they are honest, fair, and provide good service. We pay for it. This isn’t the first problem we’ve had. I reported right away that the delivery didn’t come, but they claimed no record of it. Unbelievable. I had the order number. Any other delivery service is better than this.
