Perfect!
The new package tracking system truly works well even for France, and it’s really good. Royal Mail looks reliable. (The first time there were a few problems with delivery but this time it was quick and smooth. Maybe the problem was only in France. Anyway, you are doing your best to improve the customer experience and actually talk and listen) thanks!

Overall a really nice electric toothbrush.
Overall a really nice electric toothbrush. Leaves a clean feeling after brushing. Nice design, the brush isn’t too soft or too hard and it’s easy to hold, though sometimes it turns off by mistake. The charge has lasted me about 2 weeks so far. I don’t have a shaver socket, so the USB charger works great for me. Because of my tinnitus, it took some time to get used to the fairly high pitched noise the toothbrush makes and how loud it sounds inside my mouth. The feeling and noise when the non-bristle part touches my teeth was strange at first. The main reason I bought it is for the sustainable making and the option to send old brushes back for recycling.
