Good lab. I started using them after a coworker recommended it. My lab costs were getting too high, so I decided to give them a shot. At first, I wasn’t sure because their basic product was so much cheaper than the local labs I usually use. But I tried a few cases and was surprised by the good quality, even at their "classic level." I now send a decent amount of restorative work every week (been using them for about 3 months) and only had to redo about 3 crowns out of all the ones I've sent. The only downside is the slow shipping, which takes at least 3 weeks since it’s shipped internationally. It hasn’t been a big issue for me since most of my patients don’t need things done urgently. I usually send my cases at the end of the week to save on shipping. I’m also curious to try their "Elite" tier for more cosmetic work.

We’ve been in dental practice for more than 25 years and began working with Next Dental Lab nearly 3.5 years ago. I can’t emphasize enough how much they care about the details. The quality of their work is second to none, and they truly work hard as a team to make sure everything is done right. Whenever we call, Laura is usually the one who picks up. She’s very friendly, always willing to help, and makes us feel confident. If Laura is handling a case, we know it’ll be in good hands. Definitely recommended!
