The reception team is amazing.

The reception team is amazing. It’s clear they care about customer service because they are always helpful and happy to assist with any questions I may have about my appointments. They always greet me with warm smiles and make checking in a smooth process. The dental hygienists and assistants are always nice and patient. They listen carefully and answer my questions in detail. Dr. Doney is great. He always enters with a pleasant attitude and spends time talking about my dental health. He is very informative but not overwhelming, and he encourages me to ask any questions, which I really appreciate. He takes the time to make sure his patients are comfortable and happy. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients and is dedicated to his work. With such a friendly staff, helpful conversations, and great work, this dental office is definitely a good choice. I always leave feeling well-informed and confident about my dental care. I would highly suggest this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

I had an issue with a crown shortly after moving here from another state. Sky managed to find a way to squeeze me in, thanks to some last-minute cancellations. I am really grateful to her, as she could have easily told me they weren't accepting new patients. The care I got was great, Dr. Doney was patient and made sure to explain everything before doing anything, and while doing the work. There were no surprises, and he stayed calm, which helped me stay calm as well. He offered different options and didn’t push me to go with the most expensive one. It’s never easy getting work done in your mouth, but I really appreciated hearing the friendly conversation outside the room while Dr. Doney was doing his thing. A happy staff is a clear sign of a well-run office. Thanks so much!

I really appreciate her help, as she could have easily said they weren't taking new patients. The care I got was great, Dr. Doney took his time and explained everything before starting and during each part of the procedure. There were no surprises, and he stayed calm, which helped keep me calm too. He offered several choices without pushing me to pick the most expensive one. Having dental work done is never fun, so I was glad to hear the cheerful conversation outside the room while Dr. Doney worked. A happy team is a good sign of a well-organized office. Thanks a lot!

I try to be honest as a Google reviewer for many years. I paid them almost 4k for a bridge, but they say I owe them $500, and I don't even know for what. I needed to get my bottom bridge readjusted, but they wouldn't help because they claim I still owe them $500. You already have close to 4k from me, yet you're worried about $500? I couldn't even arrange a payment plan. It’s sad, I had to throw away the 4k bridge because it didn't fit, and they couldn't even make it work. I went to a new dentist, and my new insurance covered the cost of the new work too. This could have been yours, but no chance. It's on you. I've moved on. Best of luck and God bless.
