I got filters for my cat's drinking fountain, and they arrived in a padded envelope. When I unwrapped it, the boxes looked like they'd been stomped on and were all smashed, but the filters inside were fine and undamaged.

Awesome pool! Awesome price! Water stays in perfectly. Maggie has long nails but no problems with the thick liner. Really happy with it and it came fast. Definitely recommend it.

This company got it right with this cat/dog heated house. Putting it together was easy peasy, no tools needed. The pad is soft and comfy, and the heating unit keeps it warm. My dog loves it! The two entrances are a hit, and he's happy lounging and playing inside. It's cute and doesn't hog space.

This review isn’t about the quality of the product. I’m giving a low rating due to their return policy. They say you can return within 14 days, but when I got in touch after receiving the item because I didn’t need it anymore, I got two different answers from two different people. One offered me a refund for only half of what I paid, which wasn’t mentioned in their policy, and the other said I could return it but had to pay for shipping. I didn’t mind paying for the return, but I didn’t want to deal with a refund negotiation. It was disappointing to get mixed messages.

I got no message from the company. When I asked about my order, I tried many times to contsct them. I used different ways to reach them but never got a reply. The online chat was never online. It always showed the last active time as 01/24/2025. I even tried using it, but still no answer.
