After signing up and dedicating a month
After signing up and dedicating a month to shifting our entire member's area to Thinkific, I initially gave it a 1-star review, and we find ourselves in a bit of a bind now. Moving again means sacrificing another month or two of hard work.
For those with affiliates, Thinkific might not be the best choice. The system is incredibly inconvenient. Every individual commission requires approval one by one, with no option for bulk approvals. Sorting the list of affiliates by "only those with commissions" isn't even possible.
Managing hundreds of affiliates becomes a tedious task. Paying someone involves clicking through numerous pages to locate the affiliates with commissions, then spending time in their profiles hitting approval buttons individually.
On other platforms, paying affiliates usually takes 10-15 minutes, a process we've efficiently completed before. However, with Thinkific, it's estimated to consume half a day to a full day of one of my team members every month.
To sum it up, choosing to migrate to this platform stands out as the most regrettable decision in my 8 years of business. I strongly advise against making the same mistake.
