Flew from Manchester to Turkey

Flew from Manchester to Turkey with my wife who's disabled. Great service with wheelchair and check-in. Quick service, staff on plane helpful. On return, check-in delayed by 10 min due to software issue, but staff stayed calm. Security had same issue, police apologized for 5 min delay. Staff on plane excellent throughout. Would recommend airline. Good job to all who made our flights nice.

We were not informed about the weight or size

We were not informed about the weight or size limits for our hand luggage at the check-in counter—stickers were given, and we were sent on our way. However, just before boarding, we were told that hand luggage meant backpacks only, not small trolleys. We had to pay extra or leave. We paid the extra charges, but they could have given us this info earlier, as we had one checked bag allowance unused. This could have been used as it was within limits, but it seems like a money grab by this airline. Avoid flying with them unless you want to pay more for what is usually standard hand luggage with other airlines.

They booked my seats again after I paid, and even though I was told I’d get my money back, I’m still waiting since the 21st of September!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY I was told a manager would call me back, but instead, I got a call from 'Sun Express' saying my refund was approved. They had all the details but asked me to get the 'Remitly' app, almost making me lose £350. What kind of business is this! Awful!!! DON’T TRUST THEIR SCAMS!!!! GDPR security breech - I almost got scammed!

We tried to purchase morning tickets on their site for 300€. They took our money but didn't send a confirmation email or tickets. Staff claimed it was a pending transaction and didn't process our order because tickets were sold out. Sadly, after the flight departed, they debited our account, despite no order confirmation, and we had to buy new tickets. No one is responding to us now. Cheaters.

They misplaced my luggage while I was in Antalya.

They misplaced my luggage while I was in Antalya. I ended up spending 4 days at my destination without my suitcase, and I had to return to the airport on my own, wasting over 5 hours there to get it back. It’s hard to get a reply to my emails, and they should pay me back for my expenses from this mess.
