Despite paying rush fees for prompt service, I couldn't obtain my EIN within the promised 24 hours. The absence of information about holiday closures and the non-refund of the rush fee contributed to a less-than-ideal customer experience. A more proactive approach to informing clients about potential delays during holidays and a reconsideration of rush fee policies could enhance customer satisfaction in similar situations.
