I am really disapointed with Straightalk
I am really disapointed with Straightalk. They now have a $25/mo Unlimited plan called Straightsavings. But when I tried to get this plan for 2 phones, I couldnt because it’s only for New Customers Bringing their Own Phone. Being a long-time loyal customer, it feels unfair to pay $10 more every month for less service!

I gave them one star because there isn’t an option for less. Calling them for help is useless, and the chat works fine until you mention you want to cancel your account. Then, suddenly, you're stuck waiting for hours and are 139th in line. After an hour, when someone finally responds, they claim there’s a system issue and they can’t access their tools. Really? In the end, they told me my account was closed and I haven’t been charged for months (even though I have a credit card statement right here showing a charge). Then they say they can't pull up my records because the account is closed unless I want to add a service. Never again!

The customer service here is terrible.
The customer service here is terrible. Each time I try to get help, I end up being passed around 3 or more times and have trouble understanding them. They never manage to fix my issues.

I would rate them a zero if possible, their customer support team is extremely unprofessional. I had a problem with my phone number and needed them to fix it. They changed my number and then cancelled the service for the month I had already paid for. While I tried to get my number and service restored, they just hung up on me after saying nothing. (How may I help you) is all they said before disconnecting. I can't understand how something so simple for them to solve they decided to ignore. (They should of been upfront if they couldn’t give me my number back, instead of repeatedly hanging up on me). In the end, I had to get a new number and pay for another month of service.
