The representative was clearly focused on providing excellent service and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I initially thought I was getting a replacement hose, but to my surprise, I received a brand new cordless inflator. The fact that this was not what I expected, but turned out to be an even better solution, only further impresses me with this company's commitment to their customers.

I bought the Expert Pro Power Tire Inflator. Used it once, and it worked fine! The next time I tried it, it wouldn’t turn on. I reached out to Slime about the problem, and they quickly sent me a replacement. Now that’s good customer service!

I'm really thankful for how they fixed

I'm really thankful for how they fixed the problem with the tube I bought and the next one they gave me. I like this product. I've had to replace 5 tubes in 3-4 years because of where I live. I'm in AZ and ride on sidewalks, but the trees/bushes aren't good for rubber tires. I'll keep buying this product because it works. The valve got clogged from the slime this time, but it's not usually like that.

This company is okay, not great but not terrible. The thing I bought broke after 4 uses in less than a year. Luckily, there's a year warranty, and they sent a return label and a replacement. But customer service took a few days to respond. I understand that sometimes things can be defective, and customer service is busy. They dealt with it professionally, and that's what counts.

I was very disappointed in

I was very disappointed in the company's Elite Pro Tire pressure gauge when I first received it. The device would drain the batteries overnight even though it was turned off. However, the company's support team has made up for this. They sent me a new tire gauge, and all seems to be working fine now.
