They are wonderful to work with for shipping, and the cards are very funny. We've had a lot of fun playing the game.

I ordered the “marvels against avengers”

I ordered the “marvels against avengers” for my son as a Christmas gift. Shipping was quick, but sadly, I received the wrong set. As someone who has worked in retail, I can understand that mistakes like this can happen. I immediately reached out to customer service once the package arrived. Thankfully, their support team was helpful and responded quickly, assuring me that I would get the correct set. One thing I don’t like when companies make a mistake is when they offer a “partial refund” and nothing more. That doesn’t really solve the issue since you still have to find something else and deal with the wrong item! Luckily, MyHeroCards sent me the correct set the very next day! They didn’t ask me to return the wrong set or charge me for the second one. I’m very thankful for their support and can’t wait to give this set to my son! He’s a huge marvels fan and I know he’ll enjoy it with family and friends!

The game is really enjoyable

The game is really enjoyable; there are some spelling mistakes that make it feel a bit less refined, but it brings lots of laughter to my kids, so it's a keeper and I would suggest it to others.

The website worked fine for what I needed, even if it loaded kinda slow. I acctually didn’t mind the extra offers they showed, just wish they had Iron Flame instead of more Fourth Wing.

Quick checkout, item available, my only issue is that the billing form doesn’t request the name on the card, but it probably won’t cause any problems

While I enjoy several of the cards in the Cards Against Potter

While I enjoy several of the cards in the Cards Against Potter Kids Edition, there is a noticeable thread of anti-Asian feelings that I found quite upsetting. Also, buyers should note that there is a "Santa spoiler" risk with at least one of the cards, as kids 7+ might still believe in Santa. I had to remove a few other cards from the deck for being unsuitable (like sexual or drug mentions that aren't meant for kids). For some reason, Dobby is spelled wrong as Doby, and that annoys me. I haven't played this yet – I got it for a small reading group – but the others seem really funny. There's definitely some bathroom humor, which I think is to be expected!

The card set was good. But I was promised it would come before Christmas and it only arrived on December 27th. This was very upsetting since the cards were meant as a gift for my kid.

I ordered the Golden Girls game on Nov. 26th. They claim to need 7-8 days for processing, so after waiting over 2 weeks without any update, I emailed them. They gave me a generic reply saying my order for Card Against Christmas (which wasn’t what I ordered) would arrive before Christmas. I told them I needed the Golden Girls game as a gift before Christmas and requested to cancel and get a refund since it was now too late. They ignored my request and sent tracking info the next day. Now I’ve lost $50 and have a game I don’t even need.

Really liked the cards, but the basic shipping envelope didn’t give any protection, and one corner of the box was smashd in. Not happy.

This company is a scam!!!!

This company is a scam! I ordered Cards Against Christmas on December 6th for my family event December 27-29. I never received a confirmation email or an order number. After a few weeks of no communication and not receiving my order, I emailed support several times with no response. Our family event came and went and still no game. I filed a dispute with my bank to reverse the charges on my account and my bank also got no response from this company. A package finally showed up the first week of January, even though I had emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money. Still no response. When the package arrived, it was missing the expansion pack that I paid for. I still have not received that part of my order, but they took the money out of my account. I would not order anything from this company!!

This is a SCAM

I placed an order for Cards against Christmas on November 23, 2024...it's now December 26, 2024 and have not received this item. They claim they ship out in 3 days, which is a lie. I have contacted this company at least 4 times asking for tracking and if they have even been shipped. You get a canned, automated response that is just more lies. Once I knew I wasn't going to get these in time for Christmas, let alone for a Christmas party, I asked for my order to be cancelled and they just ignore you and send the same canned response, claiming everything has been shipped and you'll get them. This is just another Chinese operation screwing people over, making wild claims and never meeting expectation. DO NOT order from here!

Scam Company

This company is not legit. After some lie about the Christmas cards being "in production", I asked to cancel my order. First, they were promised at the end of November. I asked to cancel TWICE, but they ignored it. Now, we are at the end of December, and shocker, there are no cards. There were never going to be any cards. What I did get was a chargeback from my credit card. And quickly because of the high amount of negative reviews, so just don't buy from them. Someone else mentioned that they are using fake licenses. This is also true. There is no actual affiliation to CaH. Just avoid so you can give your money to a legit company.

One Star Because Zero Isn't an Option

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Placed an order 11/23/2024 and only received the cheapest part of the order I paid for. Generic responses from "James" telling me to rest assured the rest of my order will be shipped and I will receive it before Christmas and to let him know if it "doesn't arrive in a few days". I think I've had at least 3 of these emails now. Wish I would have done better research before I wasted my time and money and am left without a gift for my daughter one day before Christmas. Will definitely be contacting my credit card company to recoup the charge. Glad I saved every email from this joke of a company. Buyer beware.

Ordered My Hero Cards for Christmas!

Ordered My Hero Cards for Christmas! What a joke! Only around 5% of the cards had anything to do with Christmas. The red cards were asking random questions and they should have been the answer cards. Most of the black question cards didn’t even have proper questions, just quotes from Taylor Swift songs! You can’t return them if you open the box. Can’t even get ahold of anyone on the phone, the number they gave doesn’t work anymore. Took them from November 22nd until December 26th, after Christmas, to deliver. Emailed customer service so many times but never got a response.

SCAMMERS - do not order

I ordered and the website immediately offered me an add on of the exact same item at half the price. Company would not honor the lower price. I cancelled for full refund in accordance with their posted policy. They said they would refund but then did nothing. Initiated a dispute via the CC company and suddenly they wrote to me - asking me to withdraw the dispute but not processing the promised full refund. Oh - and they acknowledge they have not shipped anything either. Take money - do nothing - and then ask you to not dispute the charge. That's a scam!

first time for everything

Just like all the reviews I am having the same problem with this company...I ordered in November and as of today December 20th I have not received my Christmas Game....emailed them many many times and was always told to be all orders will reach people by Christmas....well today it's still not here that leaves Monday, and Tuesday for mail....no tracking # was issued....so I guess my next step will be contacting the band....also after purchasing this game for 39.95 I noticed Target and Walmart were selling it for 18.95 and now are sold out...

Scam

This company is a scam. Ordered Cards Against Christmas on November 22nd and received them AFTER Christmas after many emails asking where my guaranteed before Christmas cards were. Once I opened the package the cards only had about ten cards to play the game. The rest were just quotes of Taylor Swift songs. Pretty sure they are copyright infringing as well. Phone number does not work and they will not return the package if it has been opened. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are frauds.

Order Never Arrives

Ordered a Christmas game back in November and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Contacted them multiple times just before Christmas and again was told that all orders will arrive before Christmas. Needless to say, it never arrived. I communicated with them again just after Christmas with no reply. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very disappointed to say the least and will never order from them again.
