I must say that my sales rep and the customer service at Ship Your Car Now were very polite and did everything they could to assist me. They got back to me right away and tried their best to resolve my concerns.
However, I’d advise you to reconsider using this broker because they hired a transport company that I believe was not up to standard. They chose Luma Carrier, LLC from Ohio to transport my vehicle. Luma picked up my car 5 days ago, and just recently, I was informed that the delivery will be delayed by at least 4 more days. The reason they gave was that their truck failed a DOT inspection, which I find totally unacceptable for any professional transport company. The delay was not due to weather or mechanical issues. Some delays are understandable, but others are not.
I paid Ship Your Car Now to ensure they hire reliable and reputable transport companies.
Sadly, this situation can’t be fixed. Once your vehicle is picked up, you’re stuck. When you hire a transportation service, you sign an agreement stating that pick up and delivery times aren't guaranteed. But there's no choice but to accept that.
My rep at Ship Your Car Now told me that paying a bit more than other brokers quoted would ensure they didn’t hire a transport company like this. We pay brokers to find reliable transport services.
