Easy to use

I ordered a service manual for my Kawasaki and received it right after I paid. The download instructions were easy to follow and the download happened fast. Once I opened the manual, I saw some navigation tools to help me find the sections I needed to work on my suspension. Overall I'm really happy with this manual and the service I received from Service Manual WareHouse. On top of it all the price was the best I could find. You can't beat that.

Great experience if you know how to read

The way I see it, you'd only be unable to download a manual if you were illiterate. The company provides the link immediately on the page once you pay. They also email you TWO different ways to download the file immediately after purchase. If your emails are bouncing back, obviously you're using the wrong email address. Don't be like Sylvia. Learn to read before you make a purchase!

I'd give this company a rating lower than one star if possible. I bought a manual, did everything as instructed, but the download wouldn't begin. I attempted on various devices, but it didn't work. When I contacted customer service, a guy named Tom was unhelpful, implying I don't know how to use a computer and denying a refund. I've moved my business elsewhere and found what I needed. Avoid this company!
