My experience aligns with numerous other customers who've endured subpar service. Lengthy wait times on hold, coupled with being directed to incorrect phone numbers, created an incredibly frustrating process. Instead of a seamless and efficient experience, it turned into an ordeal. Thankfully, BEEN.FAN was eventually able to resolve the issues and provide a reimbursement. While the outcome was satisfactory, the service itself requires substantial improvement. Clients should not have to endure such difficulties and should be able to rely on a more client-friendly and honest approach.

Despite clearly expressing my need for liquid capital, over 60% of the credit cards they applied for were unsuitable for liquidation. One card, with the highest limit, was added without my consent, incurring a 12% commission. To make matters worse, my "account manager," Jabali, ignored my calls after I settled the bill. Regrettably, I won't be engaging with this company in the future.
